Great Location: Located a half block off Historic Main Street at Peak 9 base area, you can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast or coffee shops are within a block. Then, just walk across the street to the Quicksilver high speed lift to start your ski day. Or, schedule your ski lessons at Brecks world class ski school – just a block away. You can make a quick stop into the condo for lunch, or enjoy one of the on-mountain dinning locations. At the end of the ski day, Peak 9 base has a number of Après ski bars. Or grab a margarita just downstairs from this condo. For dinner, it is a short walk to the many wonderful Breck restaurants. And, for nightlife, there are numerous bars and nightclubs within a couple blocks.

 

 

The building: Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. The elevator will take you up to the second floor unit or down to the heated garage where you will have free parking for one car. The Mexican restaurant , Mi Casa, has a large deck beside the Blue River.  You can see the view on the image to the right.
