Winter activities are at your doorstep. Ski right to the back door for a quick lunch or a mid-day refreshment. At the end of the day, enjoy the large hot tub. With great food and entertainment, historic downtown Breckenridge is only 3 blocks down the hill, making for an easy walk in good weather.

Summers are magical in Breckenridge, and this condo is designed to bring out the “Best of Breck”. Outside the back door, the mountain stream serenades you as you sleep. Having refreshments on the rear deck is a great way to end an afternoon of hiking, golfing, fishing, shopping or sightseeing.
